this is awesome. this is also the first video like this i’ve seen with male and female marines, side by side, all insanely tough, all performing together.

if i had a queer studies major to do over again, i’d figure out how to write some long paper about what we can learn about gender, wartime politics and technology from performances made by/with the armed forces, going back as far as possible.
